This notice explains how the personal data you share through the “Request a demo” form on the Laundry Plus website is processed, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data we process
When you fill in the form, we only process: your full name, business name, phone number, email address (if provided) and your message.
3. Purpose
Your data is processed only to evaluate your demo request and to contact you. It is not added to any marketing list and is not used for any other purpose.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is stored only by the hosting and email services used to deliver the form to us.
6. Retention
Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for a reasonable period after that; it is then deleted at your request or periodically.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests through the contact form on this website.
